Muse appointed preferred bidder for redevelopment of St Nicholas House, Aberdeen
Morgan Sindall Group plc announces that Muse Developments, its Urban Regeneration division, in joint venture with Aviva Investors, has been appointed as preferred bidder to work with Aberdeen City Council on the redevelopment of the St Nicholas House site in Aberdeen. The project will be fully funded by Aviva Investors, and has an overall value in excess of £100m. Read more

Appointment of Steve Crummett as Finance Director
The Board of Morgan Sindall Group plc (’Morgan Sindall’ or the ‘Group’) today announces the appointment of Steve Crummett as Finance Director with effect from 25 February 2013. Current Finance Director, David Mulligan, has indicated that, after fifteen years with the Group, he would like to step down from his current role to pursue new challenges and, with the appointment of Steve Crummett, he will be leaving the Group on 10 April 2013 following a handover period.
