Morgan Ashurst wins UCLan contract

Morgan Sindall’s construction business Morgan Ashurst has been awarded a £7 million contract by the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) to build a four-storey, eco-friendly teaching facility for specialist sciences in Preston, Lancashire.
The new facility, named the JB Firth Building, will house the schools of Forensic & Investigative Sciences and Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences.
The new building will significantly expand laboratory capacity for forensic science students.
The project is scheduled to be completed in November 2010.
