Morgan Ashurst wins £multi-million Bracknell and Wokingham College deal

Morgan Sindall’s construction division Morgan Ashurst has been awarded a £25 million scheme to redevelop Bracknell and Wokingham College in Bracknell, Berkshire.
The design and build contract will see Morgan Ashurst construct an eight-storey building housing teaching and seminar rooms, a multi-purpose sports hall, staffrooms and a learning resource centre. In addition, the company will also create a three-storey building providing classroom accommodation and a car workshop.
The existing Bracknell and Wokingham College will be demolished and re-landscaped when the new building is complete. Work is due to be completed in December 2009.
