Morgan Ashurst builds £14.2 million Portsmouth office development

Morgan Sindall’s construction division Morgan Ashurst is building a new office development worth £14.2 million in Portsmouth.
Working for Shepherd Developments and the Durngate Property Group, Morgan Ashurst is constructing a 8,293 sq m six-storey office block which will be let to a variety of businesses when complete. Morgan Ashurst is also building a 1,916 sq m research and development unit at the site.
The project is due for completion in December 2008.
