Over his 21 years with the company, Gavin has gone from trainee quantity surveyor to area director. In TK-YEAR-TK, he was named Construction High Flier of the Year in the East of England Construction Training Awards.

Gavin showed early promise. After joining Morgan Ashurst in 1987 he became head quantity surveyor for the east region and was promoted to commercial manager at just 23 years old.

Having set up a company office in King’s Lynn, Gavin was promoted to commercial director in 2001 and then area director for Norwich.

He is now area director with responsibility for Morgan Ashurst’s construction activities across Cambridgeshire and Norfolk.
